Level 2 Core Health and Social Care Adults / Children and Young People

This qualification has been developed for individuals working in, or intending to work, in the Health and Social Care sector.

Level 2 Practice Health and Social Care Adults / Children and Young People

This qualification is practice-based and assesses learners’ knowledge and competence to practice in employment or a work placement.

Level 3 Practice Health and Social Care Adults / Children and Young People

This qualification is practice-based and assesses learners’ knowledge and competence to practice in employment. It provides the opportunity to enrich knowledge and skills using both mandatory content and optional units in adult focused settings such as domiciliary support services, residential care and learning disability provision.

Level 5 Advanced Practice Child Care Learning and Development

This qualification gives the learner the opportunity to build both managerial and care skills.

Level 5 Leadership and Management Child Care Learning and Development

This qualification gives the learner the opportunity to build both managerial and care skills.

Level 5 Advanced Practice in Health and Social Care Adults/ Children and Young People

This qualifications gives you the opportunity to build both your managerial and care skills, allowing you to help more people. It also fulfils the regulatory requirement for those looking to become managers of children’s homes or adult residential and domiciliary services.

This qualification is for those already working in health and social care. You might be an assistant or deputy manager, or a manager who has not yet achieved a recognised vocational qualification at this level.
